A Special Version!
This is a special Black Edition of the re-release version of the Monster Beetle assembly kit which featured a number of updates while keeping the basic layout of the original off-road car released in 1986. A realistic customized Beetle body is depicted in tough polystyrene, molded in black and with stickers included to add gold and silver markings. A molded driver figure is the icing on top of the cake!

Tough Space Frame Chassis
This hardy model’s rear-wheel drive chassis is based around a durable ABS space frame to withstand all-action off-road driving. 4-wheel independent suspension uses CVA oil dampers, and has double wishbone front and trailing arm rear setups. Superlative cushioning and grip are provided by 130mm-diameter, 58mm-width lug pattern pin spike tires on flashy gold color plated wheels. Efficient and durable universal shafts come with rubber boots.

– Take a closer look at the chassis, which is a space frame design and features a cover to protect R/C equipment from dust and dirt.

– The front double-wishbone suspension enjoys excellent stroke from the high-performance CVA oil dampers, for a great off-road drive!

– This image goes in close on the rear trailing arm suspension, which like the front is also kitted out with CVA oil dampers.

– Rubber boots are employed to ensure that high performance universal drive shafts are well protected and provide durable power.

– Jazzy gold color plated wheels offset the predominantly black color theme nicely. 130mm lug pattern tires give a powerful drive.

– Triple light covers on the front of the detailed body only add to the realism, with stickers included in the kit to create logos.
